What is an AI credit?
One AI result on your photo: a new haircut, a full look (cut, makeup and outfit) or style advice. Colour, makeup and nail try-on never uses credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
Is there a subscription?
Not for you: packs are one-time and nothing renews. Salon plans are monthly and can be cancelled any time.
What if the AI fails?
If the AI can’t finish a request, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.
Why is colour try-on free?
It runs right on your device, so it costs us nothing, and your photo isn’t uploaded anywhere for it.
