Vivid shade

Pink hair, on your own photo first.

This pink is a soft, dusty rose: playful but wearable. It is a popular first fashion colour because it fades gently. See it on your own hair in seconds, before anyone opens a tube of dye.

Is pink right for you?

Who it suits

Most skin tones. Cool, rosy pinks flatter fair and pink skin; warmer, peachier pinks suit golden skin.

What to ask your colourist

A pastel pink needs hair lightened to about level 9–10 first; on level 7–8 blonde you get a deeper rose. Semi-permanent pinks are usually applied after lightening.

Keeping it fresh

Pastels can last 4–6 weeks. Wash less often, in cool water, and top up with a pink colour-depositing conditioner.

Questions

Pink hair colour

Does pink hair need bleach?

For pastel pink, yes, unless your hair is already very light blonde.

How long does pink hair last?

Usually 4–6 weeks before it fades to a soft blush.

Will my real colour look like the preview?

Take it as a direction, not a promise. The salon result depends on your current colour, your hair’s condition, the products and your colourist, and the light in your photo changes how a shade reads.

The demo model is an AI-generated photo. Previews are made in the studio on your device and show a direction, not a guaranteed salon result.
